A first for this summer.. Watching Archie play at Rockhampton without having to scurry into the pavilion to avoid the rain..

There is virtually no mobile reception at Rockhampton, but is it me or has Vodafone really lost the plot when it comes to reception.. It is now shocking here at Thorndale.. which is probably the reason why Mat is always complaining and thinks that he has an old phone.. only 16 months old, but is it just over used and worn out?

No vet in this morning as he was here all day yesterday. This week’s movers and shakers in the BHA handicap charts was Mikhailovich up 8 to 114.

Royal Ascot starts today and we are heading there tomorrow and Thursday… It is a very special week of racing for those who enjoy watching good horses battle up that famous straight. Those who don’t I am sure will enjoy it too, but for different reasons.
